1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ardelis at ardelis.digital. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Advisory Services

Advisory services include personalized guidance on selecting appropriate insurance options for retirees. Sessions are scheduled in advance.

Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra fee. Requests made less than 48 hours before are subject to session consumption.

Advisory sessions are bespoke and require resource allocation; therefore, they are non-refundable to ensure quality and availability.

2.2 Information Products

Information products include digital guides, reports, and tutorials accessible via download or an online portal.

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. After access is initiated, products become non-refundable.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed materials and welcome kits shipped to the client.

Clients have 14 days from receipt to request a reimbursement. Items must be in unused condition and sent back at the client’s cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the reimbursement.

If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, Ardelis will cover the cost of sending it back and issue a reimbursement or dispatch a replacement.

3. Reimbursement Process

To request a reimbursement, please use our contact form and provide your order details and reason for the request.

Approved requests are processed within 7 business days. Reimbursements are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Advisory services may be rescheduled as described above but are not eligible for reimbursement.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. In such cases, unused services will not be reimbursed, except as required by applicable regulations.
